silly sepet was born not to be entirely genius but smart lah..tp pemalas ya ALLAH!(that's what my mom used to say each day..blabbering to my freaking ears).

mom:Got homework today?

syaza:NOPE~finished it at school(pehh..rajin sgt nk buat homework kt sekolah!)

mom:Sure?

syaza:yupp!!why are you interrogating me??(buat muka stress)

mom:I was just asking lah!are you lying?remember!if you can't pass your SPM i'll send u down to some kampung and arrange you to get married with some bangladesh!!!

syaza:wow,takut..takut(in the most annoying way possible)

mom:okay,malas nk layan!

LOL.i changed the conversational version with my mom a bit,because it does not turn out to be malas nk layan,bt instead she kept on blabbering about me being so lazy and from whom it was inherited.again LOL

it's true,i am lazy,because i'm not interested in studying the things that i despised the most~FOR INSTANCE:HISTORY!GEOGRAPHY!MATHEMATICS!AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST,ENGINEERING DRAWING!

thank god there's english and art where i can truly be passionate in studying.but,i hate them teachers(well,u can't have everything huh?)

so turning out,my SPM result was on the brim,nak jatuh on the right side or the bad side?

yeah,then my name was stupendously lucky to be chosen for the NATIONAL SERVICE training(PLKN) T.T

menangis tak berlagu kau sepet!dah lah dapat "paling dekat lah sgt!!"

then,later during my training there i got a news from home that my applications for the universities were ALL unaccepted/denied/declined/campak jauh2.sobs.sedey tahu??

at that time i felt so stupid and regretted my school days for not studying(yeah right)

but i was lucky enough that the head of the student department from Uitm called me to ask whether i'm interested in taking pre science(since i'm interested in taking medical)

so,there i go,taking pre science,it was like the O-levels(quite the same as SPM lah.cisss!)

but i got good pointers there 3.51 cgpa.hohoho!!and there i found myself to be not so bodoh lah kau ni rupanya!hahaha.kenapa masa spm benak sgt otak kau??padahal,ada setahun nk study,plus lots of school holidays,but still pre science yg macam haramjadah susah,i have to struggle for 1 sem(since there's only 1 semester/chance given)but still u managed to get through with warna yg berterbangan?pelik -__-"

but after all that hassle and 1 semester behind all of my other friends now taking diploma,i am here,in kedah,taking NURSING and VERY LUCKY TO BE SPONSORED BY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH,Alhamdulillah~

so now,i'm eagerly waiting to say bye bye to this college and HELLO DIPLOMA AND HOSPITAL!HAHAH!

whooaa!chill..chill...what's this..why do i have to undergo this kind of situation??stupid college!!

okay,for those who might think that my title of this entry is true,well~

you're wrong :)

I'm not pregnant!it's just a urine pregnancy test that my whole class had to take for some unexplained reasons.Buduh punya college!

but anyhoos,it was rather interesting and exciting since i've only watched people doing it in movies like JUNO(pathetic yeah i know -__-)

and at a certain angle of mine i felt,PROUD :p haha.

"i've taken a pregnancy test at the age of 20 (and negative),KAU ADE PERNAH??"dengan lagaknye,hidung kembang sambil dongak.ngehehe

no,it's not DSLR(though,it was a dream of mine<-padehal duit tarak!)

but it's the supercool,supercute,adorable(puji lebeh camera baru)CANON SX130 IS!!

it's sleek,looks professional,not too small,not too big,with lots of settings and u can discover it yourself(i'm still discovering it's functions -__-)

no,it's not a DSLR~it's a digital camera..<-ini je yg mampu~sobs...

harga??oh,harga berbaloi-baloi:RM899 sahaja *wink2

picture qualities?so far so good,boleh nampak bulu hidung,bulu roma and anykinds of bulus available..LOL..

video qualities??oh ini kena bangga sikit..i can record my video in HD(high definition broo!)hahaha..skrg ni kan nk HD lah,3D lah..mcm2 -__-

batteries??ohh,so easy to find!you go to 7E ah oso can get lorh~AAA batteries only :)

LCD??very big and easy for you to see the tiniest details :)

so far,puas hati and there's nothing wrong with this camera for me,and it's user friendly for numbminded emptynoob head like moi~hahahahah~

today silly sepet is going to talk on the most common problems that women usually suffers from.BREAST CANCER OR the medical term is CA BREAST.are you actually aware of this?

kalau anda wanita,u have to be very careful and have yourself checked at home by doing breast palpations..what is breast palpations?well,u palpate your breast entirely from under the armpit untill to the nipple.u can watch the tutorials on youtube :).this is to identify any lumps or abnormalities.

what causes the cancer/tumor to occur?

-there are few possible causes that can lead to breast tumor/cancer that are genetics,hormones and unknown causes(it may varies).

for genetic cause,this is may vary from each persons family history of medical record.(if one family member suffers from CA breast,the possibilities for other family members to have CA breast are great)

in the other hand,hormones can also be the cause of CA breast,for instance,the intake of steroidal hormone and hormone replacement therapy(HRT) can be the cause of CA breast too.

moving on to the predisposing factors of CA breast are your diets(take more veggies than red meat),hormone intakes(HRT),obesity(fats and intakes of meat can cause cancer cells to be rapidly metastasis) and exposure to radiation.

the signs and symptoms:-

-firm lumps(you can detect the lumps by doing Breast self examination or breast palpations)

-change of the breast size eg:one side is bigger than the other(,but if it is from the beginning it is normal)

-nipple invertion(tenggelam)/scaly(bersisik)

-discharge oozing out(check the colour of the discharge:if it is yellowish or brownish or possible reddish in colour,immediately refer to the nearest hospitals)

-pain or swelling on your breast

*this is from my own research for case presentation(hope it helps) :)

hello peeps!today silly sepet is getting into her emotions,okay,i'm sad for those bloggers who disrespects other people's opinion.A blog is to share infos and write anything that you feel.it's a definite NO-NO to keep on dissing other people yeah..tak elok tahu?if u didn't respect others how would people respect you??keep that one thing in mind before saying anything that may be unappropriate or offensive to others.i'm not here to say that you're not allowed to comment or say anything about others for improvement,it's the way you put your words lah~susun elok2 sikit jangan bagi orang lain sakit hati..
